1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Kelas Drafter ("we," "our," or "us"), including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kelas Drafter. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

IMPORTANT ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By purchasing any product, subscribing to any service, enrolling in any course, or making any transaction on our platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and regulations set forth in these Terms of Service, including but not limited to our policy that completed purchases are final and non-refundable (as described in Section 5), intellectual property rights, acceptable use policy, and all other provisions contained herein. Your purchase, subscription, or enrollment constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to comply with all rules and regulations established by Kelas Drafter.

2. Description of Service

Kelas Drafter is an all-in-one educational and automation platform that provides digital goods and services. Our products and services are clearly described on our website and are visible to users before purchase. We provide:

• Online Courses: Educational courses, tutorials, and training materials on drafting, design, and related subjects. Courses may be offered as self-paced ("direct class") with immediate access, or as scheduled batch-based courses where access begins when the batch start date arrives
• Render Automation: AI-powered image rendering services, including realistic visualization, sketch-to-render conversion, floorplan modeling, and image upscaling. These services consume "render passes" from your account balance
• Premium Products: Digital assets, templates, tools, and resources available for purchase
• Project Workspaces: Collaboration tools, file storage, and project management features
• RAB Tools: Construction cost estimation and project planning tools
• Learning Resources: Free resources, insights, portfolios, and community features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information as necessary
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Verify your email address to activate your account

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party.

3.3 Session Management

For security purposes, we implement session management policies to protect your account. You may be logged out from other devices when logging in from a new device. You can manage your active sessions through your account settings.

3.4 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Agreement by Purchase: By purchasing any product, subscribing to any service, or enrolling in any course from Kelas Drafter, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and regulations set forth in these Terms of Service. Your purchase, subscription, or enrollment serves as your explicit acceptance of and agreement to comply with all rules and regulations established by Kelas Drafter, including but not limited to our policy that completed purchases are final and non-refundable, intellectual property rights, acceptable use policies, and all other provisions contained herein.

All pricing for our products and services is clearly displayed on our website and is easily accessible to users. Prices are shown in the applicable currency (USD or IDR). Taxes, invoicing, and any merchant-of-record or resale arrangements may be determined by the third-party payment or commerce provider that processes a given transaction, in accordance with applicable law and that provider's policies.

4.1 Pricing Model

Our Service uses a one-time purchase model for:

• Course Enrollments: One-time payment per course enrollment
• Premium Products: One-time payment per digital asset or resource purchase
• Render Passes: One-time payment for render pass packages that credit your account balance

All prices are displayed in USD and may be converted to your local currency (IDR) at checkout based on current exchange rates. Final charges are processed in the currency determined by your payment method and location.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by independent third-party payment service providers. The specific provider used may depend on the product or service you purchase, your location, currency, and the payment method you select. Those providers handle authorization, settlement, and related payment operations on our behalf or as a merchant of record or reseller where applicable, under their own agreements and compliance obligations.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms and privacy policy of the payment provider that processes your transaction, in addition to these Terms. Kelas Drafter does not store your full payment card number and does not have access to your complete card credentials; such information is collected and secured by the applicable payment providers according to their practices and standards.

4.3 Vouchers and Discounts

We may offer vouchers, discount codes, or promotional pricing from time to time. Vouchers are subject to their specific terms and conditions:

• Expiration: Vouchers have start and end dates. They cannot be used before the start date or after the expiration date
• Quota: Each voucher has a usage quota limit. Once the quota is exhausted, the voucher becomes unavailable
• Repeatability: Vouchers may be single-use (non-repeatable) or allow multiple uses, depending on their configuration
• Types: Vouchers may provide fixed amount discounts or percentage discounts
• Combination: Vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers unless explicitly stated
• Validity: Vouchers are only valid for the specific product types (courses or premium products) they are configured for

User Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to apply any available discount vouchers or promotional codes at the time of purchase, before you complete payment. If you fail to use a discount voucher or promotional code due to oversight, forgetfulness, or any other reason, you are not entitled to any refund, partial refund, credit, reimbursement, or price adjustment for the difference in price, and we will not provide any such remedy. No retroactive application of vouchers or promotional codes will be made after a purchase is completed.

4.4 Referral System

Our referral program allows users to earn rewards by referring new users. Referral rewards, including render passes and other benefits, are subject to program terms and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. Rewards are calculated as a percentage of referred user purchases and credited to your account balance.

4.5 Promotional Benefits

From time to time, we may offer promotional benefits such as free render pass grants for eligible course purchases. These promotions are subject to specific terms and eligibility criteria, may be limited-time offers, and can be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

5.1 No refunds after purchase

IMPORTANT: All purchases made on this website or through our Service—including course enrollments, premium products, render passes, and any other digital goods or services—are final. There is no right to a refund, return of payment, chargeback through us as a remedy for buyer's remorse, or cancellation that results in money back once the purchase has been completed and payment has been processed (and, where applicable, once access, download, or account credit has been granted).

This applies regardless of the reason, including but not limited to: change of mind; dissatisfaction with the product or service; user error; technical issues on your device or network; failure to use the product; or any other circumstance. We do not offer discretionary, case-by-case, or partial refunds for completed purchases.

5.2 Vouchers and forgotten discount codes

If you complete a purchase without applying an available voucher or promotional code—including because you forgot to enter it, did not notice it, or applied it incorrectly before paying—there is no refund, partial refund, credit, reimbursement for the difference, or retroactive discount. You must enter valid codes at checkout before completing payment. This is in addition to Section 4.3 (Vouchers and Discounts).

5.3 Course enrollments

Course enrollments are non-refundable once purchased. Course access varies by course type:

• Direct Class Courses: Provide immediate access upon enrollment. Access continues indefinitely unless your account is terminated
• Batch-Based Courses: Access begins when the assigned batch start date arrives. You will be enrolled in the next available batch after purchase. If the batch has not yet started, you must wait until the batch start date to access course content

None of the above creates an exception to Section 5.1; completed course purchases remain non-refundable.

5.4 Premium products

Premium products (digital assets, templates, tools) are digital goods. Once your purchase is completed and the product is made available to you (including by download or access), the sale is final and non-refundable, including if files were not downloaded yet or were downloaded later.

5.5 Render passes

Render pass purchases are non-refundable once credited to your account balance. Used render passes cannot be refunded. Unused render passes have no expiration date and remain in your account until used. Render passes are consumed when you use our AI rendering services, and consumption amounts vary by service type (e.g., realistic rendering, upscaling, sketch-to-render).

5.6 Customer support

We are committed to timely customer support for questions about your account, access, or technical issues. You may contact us at info@kelasdrafter.id. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Contacting support does not create an obligation to provide a refund, and nothing in these Terms authorizes any third party (including payment processors) to issue a refund on our behalf except where we are legally required to do so.

6. Product Accuracy and Transparency

We are committed to providing accurate and transparent information about our products and services:

• Accurate Product Descriptions: All product descriptions, features, and capabilities are accurate and reflect the actual functionality of our services. We do not make false claims or misleading representations about our products.
• No False Information: Our website does not contain false information, including unearned badges, false customer testimonials, misleading reviews, or inaccurate user counts. All testimonials and reviews are genuine and reflect actual user experiences.
• Clear Product Visibility: Our products and services are clearly visible and understandable from our website and landing pages. Users can easily identify what they are purchasing before making a purchase decision.
• Pricing Transparency: All pricing is clearly displayed and easily accessible to users. There are no hidden fees or charges beyond what is displayed at checkout.
• Product Integrity: We are proud of our product's integrity and do not engage in high-risk, shady, or illegitimate use of technology. Our services comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided by users and to take action against accounts that provide false or misleading information.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or other accounts
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to any third party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Upload content that is malicious, defamatory, obscene, or violates intellectual property rights

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and code, are owned by Kelas Drafter or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 License to Use Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

8.3 Course Materials

Course materials, videos, and educational content are provided for your personal learning use only. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or otherwise make available course materials to third parties.

8.4 Premium Products License

Premium products are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the product in accordance with its specific license terms. License terms vary by product and may restrict commercial use, redistribution, or modification.

8.5 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create, upload, or post to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

8.6 Copyright Protection and Legal Consequences

All content, products, assets, course materials, videos, digital files, templates, tools, and any other intellectual property available through our Service, including but not limited to Premium Assets and Course content, are protected by copyright laws and other applicable intellectual property laws. These materials are the exclusive property of Kelas Drafter or our licensors.

Prohibited Activities: You are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying, reproducing, or duplicating any content, products, or assets from our Service
• Plagiarizing or claiming ownership of any materials from Kelas Drafter
• Reselling, redistributing, or transferring any purchased products, course materials, or assets to third parties
• Sharing, giving away, or providing access to course materials, premium products, or assets to others without explicit written permission from Kelas Drafter
• Using any content, products, or assets in violation of their specific license terms

Legal Consequences: Any violation of these intellectual property rights constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in severe legal consequences, including but not limited to:

• Immediate termination of your account and permanent ban from our Service
• Blacklisting from all Kelas Drafter services and platforms
• Legal action and prosecution under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws
• Claims for damages, including but not limited to actual damages, lost profits, statutory damages, and attorney's fees
• Criminal prosecution where applicable under local laws

Kelas Drafter reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to filing lawsuits, seeking injunctions, and claiming monetary damages, against any individual or entity that violates our intellectual property rights. By using our Service, you acknowledge that unauthorized use of our protected materials may result in significant financial and legal consequences.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or part of the Service at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 AI Rendering Disclaimer

AI rendering services use machine learning algorithms that may produce unpredictable or imperfect results. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of rendered outputs for any specific purpose. Render outputs are provided for informational and creative purposes only.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KELAS DRAFTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kelas Drafter and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you upload, post, or transmit through the Service

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at info@kelasdrafter.id to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Indonesia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kelas Drafter regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
